We're still waiting for the smoke and fog to clear from the wildfires, but once they do, I'll be adding new videos each week, so you can continue your practice in the safety of your home! The Arm Balance/Specialty pose videos are short (~15 minutes each). Practice videos are ~1/2 hour each. Look to the bottom of this page for the newest, more professionally-produced practice videos!
